Dear Brothers, Sisters and Volunteers :

” He giveth power to the faint ; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength .”   (Isaiah 40:29)

When the spring rains come, it is the time for everything to come back to life, as if the Holy Spirit is watering our lives, and the Love and the Word of the Lord are slowly nurturing our souls. We thank our Heavenly Father for giving us the grace to ” get absorbed” in the Gospel message and learn to be in the likeness of Christ.

A Youth Camp was held at Breakthrough Youth Village in Sha Tin from June 22 to 23. 20 campers enjoyed the two days and one night activities. Thank you to the Amazing Grace Worship team for coming to the camp and leading the worship service, which helped the visually impaired youths to reconnect with God and turn back to Him.

Thank the Lord that CMVIP has been supported by brothers and sisters in prayer and resources over the years. The donation form for CMVIP has been changed and will focus on the special needs of CVMIP. Especially in the economic downturn of Hong Kong society after the epidemic, CMVIP’s expenses for many months are often DEFICIT. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Cor. 12:9) The Lord has shown us our own weaknesses, and taught us to rely on the Lord to walk through all the difficulties, and to see the Father’s love and power in them. The use of these funds is detailed below:

1) Support CMVIP ministry: Salary, insurance, center rent and miscellaneous expenses for the center staff, $200,000 per month.

2) Support the “CMVIP VOICE” application fund: $10,000 per month for maintenance, cloud storage, and future application updates.

3. Braille Euripment Fund: for the maintenance and purchase of all braille equipment, a braille printing machine costs $300,000 per seat.
4. CMVIP Maintenance/Renovation Fund: for the complete renovation of the CMVIP after the installation of the fire sprinkler system, which is roughly estimated to cost $2 million, and to prepare for the future maintenance of the center.
5. Support Braille Bible Fund: subsidize the production cost of Braille Bibles, with a subsidy of over $2,000 for each set of Braille Bibles.
6. Support the 45th Anniversary Celebration activities: The preliminary calculation for all 45th Anniversary activities is about $120,000.

Ministry needs and remembrance in Prayer：

1. Please pray for the preparation of the 45th Anniversary Celebration. When it seems impossible and remote, it is God’s work, please pray that the Lord will strengthen our faith and teach us the lesson of dependence.
2. Please pray for the installation of fire sprinkler system and renovation of CMVIP center.
3. Please pray for the funding of CMVIP. Pray that our Heavenly Father will move our brothers and sisters to make loving contributions to CMVIP.
4. Please remember that CMVIP is planning to broadcast, compare and print the Braille program for the Hong Kong Bible Conference on August 1-10, so that the visually impaired can benefit from attending the annual spiritual gathering on CMVIP’s broadcasting network!
