OCT 2026 Newsletter

Dear Ministry Colleagues, Brothers, Sisters and Volunteers,

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”    (John 3:16)

Recently, CMVIP received a phone call from a visually impaired member informing us that another visually impaired friend had been urgently admitted to the hospital. Our Pastoral immediately rushed to the hospital to visit him. Over the years, many visually impaired brothers and sisters had shared the Gospel with him. We praise God for ultimately softening his heart, leading him to accept Jesus as his Savior and are willing to be baptized. Through the Lord’s marvelous arrangement and the prompt response of the church, a pastor visited his hospital room just two days after his decision to accept Christ and Baptist him. However, a few days later, this newly baptized brother went home to be with the Lord. Although his departure was sudden and brings sorrow, our hearts are filled with peace and hope, for we know that one day we will be reunited in our Heavenly Home.

This experience has deeply encouraged our staff at CMVIP. It truly reflects the core purpose of our existence: bringing visually impaired people to Christ and serving as a bridge between them and the church. Though life is fleeting, the Lord’s salvation is eternal. May the Lord continue to use the Christian Ministry for Visually Impaired Persons (CMVIP) to shine more light on lives in the darkness!

Since January 2026, CMVIP has officially joined the “Forever Gift” programmed. With immense gratitude, we have seen four cases within just a few months where individuals willingly pledged legacy donations. They have chosen to turn the abundant grace God bestowed upon them into a long-term supporting force for our ministry. This decision goes far beyond financial support; it is a continuation of God’s love. Every legacy gift is a seed of hope planted in the dark, enabling visually impaired brothers and sisters to continually receive the Gospel, spiritual nourishment, and braille materials.

Ministry Needs and Prayers:

1.Joint Hymn Revival Meeting: Please pray for the Hymn Revival Meeting co-hosted with “We sagn Youth Hymns in Those Years” on October 31st. May the Lord use these familiar melodies to build a bridge for cross-generational communication, awaken believers’ initial passion for dedication and service, and deepen their spiritual lives.

2.Members’ Dinner & Transport: Please pray for the members’ dinner following the revival meeting, as well as the shuttle bus arrangements to the restaurant. May the Lord grant safe and smooth transport and bless the dinner programme so that visually impaired members can gather in love and share God’s grace.

3.Three-Year Ministry Planning: Please pray earnestly for the staff team as they plan and discuss CMVIP “Three-Year Ministry Development Plan.” May Heavenly Father grant spiritual vision, wisdom, and a unified heart, so that every future service effectively addresses the needs of the visually impaired community.

4.”CMVIP VOICE” Mobile App & General Fund: Please pray for visually impaired members using the “CMVIP VOICE” App. May the Lord keep the app running smoothly and stably, allowing brothers and sisters to access spiritual content and Gospel resources barrier-free to nourish their lives daily. Please also continue to pray for CMVIP’s general operating fund. May Heavenly Father abundantly supply from His heavenly storehouse and move more brothers and sisters to faithfully support us through prayers and offerings, ensuring the ministry advances without hindrance.

In Christ
